With the case number and password you were given. They are the only key: no email or phone is requested, and for that reason they cannot be reissued.
If you lost the case number or password
There is no way to recover them, and that is deliberate: if the system could return them to someone, it could hand them to someone else too. What you can do is file a new report and mention in your account that you had reported this before.
